Season 1

Season 1 was premiered on 8-7-2005 and the opening episode from series was entitled ‘You can’t miss the Bear’. Season one introduces us with Nancy, a single mom who starts selling weeds for the living of her family after the death for her husband. As the series begins, her husband Judah dies and she have no source of income so decides to earn by selling something that’s socially prohibited. To keep it safe and hidden from the rest of the community she buys a shop and starts selling cakes (and also weeds).
